Project story

An Arena, a Yard Fence, and a Beautiful Entrance Archway

Starting With the Arena

I still remember my first conversation with this customer. She knew what she wanted and she was looking for a Noble horse arena.

Noble Panels and Gates has been building fencing materials in the Northwest for more than 40 years and has built a strong reputation in the region. This customer knew she wanted a Noble arena, and we were thrilled for the opportunity to be her provider.

But the arena was just the beginning.

A Multi-Phase Horse Property

In addition to the arena, the property needed a nice yard fence.

They opted for Doweled Rail for the yard. It gave them the look they wanted while fitting well with the existing property.

We also built some no-climb fencing in other areas of the property during a later phase and eventually a beautiful arch.

Overall, the initial project was pretty straightforward, and our customers were fantastic to work with.

A Beautiful Entrance Archway

The project turned into a multi-phase job, giving us the opportunity to come back later and build a custom archway entrance.

That archway turned out to be a stunning addition to the property and really helped give the entrance its own character. They later told us that a realtor had come by and commented on how much value it added to the property.

It's always fun when a project grows over time and we're able to keep adding pieces that make the property better.

Improving What Was Already There

This property is a great example of something we see fairly often with horse properties.

The couple purchased an existing horse property. Instead of tearing everything out and starting over, they chose to work with what was already there and improve it.

That's a great way to approach a property like this.

You don't always have to start from scratch. Sometimes the best result comes from taking what you already have, making thoughtful improvements, and continuing to make the property better every year.
