A Highly Customized Project
By this point, we had already completed our first major Noble Contour project and had learned a lot. This property was relatively flat, although we still had some rock to deal with.
The project included several existing paddocks and structures that needed to be incorporated into the new fencing. We built custom panels and gates, tied the fence into an existing lean-to, added a hitching post, and created a clean layout that worked with the property's existing structures—even where everything wasn't perfectly straight or square.
Finding Ways to Add Value
One unique opportunity came when we discovered some used Noble Contour material for sale in Washington. After coordinating with our customer, we were able to purchase the material at a significant savings and use select pieces in less-visible areas of the project.
We carefully sorted through the used material, using the best rails where they would be most visible while still providing a durable perimeter fence.
A Custom Noble Arena
The project also included a Noble Arena using Noble Arena Panels made from the same high-tensile, high-carbon steel used in Noble Contour.
The arena panels provide a smooth, safe interior surface and allow for wider post spacing, making them a practical and cost-effective choice for an arena.
Unlike Noble Contour, which is designed to flow naturally with changing terrain, the arena panels provide a more consistent interior surface for horses and riders.
The Finished Project
Between the nearly mile-long perimeter, multiple paddocks, custom gates and panels, existing structures, and the arena, this project involved a lot of details—but it all came together beautifully.
The end result is a clean, durable fencing system that should provide decades of service with very little maintenance.
