Ponderosa Rail Fence Overview

Overview

Ponderosa Rail Fencing is a signature style inspired by the western lifestyle, blending rugged charm with refined engineering. Built using Priefert’s powder-coated steel tubing, it delivers unmatched durability while preserving a timeless ranch aesthetic.

An attractive fence enhances property value and curb appeal. Ponderosa fencing pairs steel rails with rustic wood posts, delivering strength, warmth, and visual sophistication.

Ponderosa Fence Rails

Rails

Each rail begins as galvanized steel and is cleaned in a phosphate wash to remove impurities. A conversion coating ensures superior adhesion before the architectural-grade powder coat is applied.

The finish is baked at high temperatures, creating a furniture-grade surface with UV inhibitors that resist fading and corrosion.

Priefert’s swedge connection technology creates the appearance of continuous rails, enhancing strength and refined aesthetics.

Ponderosa Fence Posts

Posts

Ponderosa wood posts are pressure-treated after drilling to maximize longevity. Each post features a domed top for safety, water shedding, and refined appearance.

Patented cone-shaped holes allow rails to flex over terrain and curves while maintaining structural integrity.
